This is where an individual who has a diverse set of experiences would be an asset to a company that has the inclination to innovate.   However, experience in itself is of little value unless &quot;Lessons Learned&quot; does not come along for the ride.  As mentioned in the article, for an individual to be influential he or she needs to quote what has or has not worked in the past and why?</description>
