Welcome to Managing the Work. At Daptiv, we are continually learning from our customers’ challenges and successes as we work together to improve collaboration on day-to-day and project-based work. From tasks to strategic planning, we help all types of companies across all variety of industries meet organizational goals by making sure the right work is being done by the right people at the right time – and we want to share our inside scoop on the most innovative solutions we see.  We also want to start a conversation about how you manage work.

The Managing the Work blog is meant to provide ideas you can apply to your organization – whether it’s a manufacturer with international offices striving for on-time projects, a graphic design department trying to better serve its internal business clients or a retailer streamlining workflow with vendors. We will cover topics ranging from how to improve the collaboration of remote teams to best practices in effective time management to help you ‘manage the work’ more efficiently.
