Project management – comedy or tragedy?

As a project manager you might often be the butt of the joke based on outdated stereotypes. But if you’re reading this, then you know enough to see that effective project management is about working smarter, not necessarily about just throwing resources at a project. A strategic approach is key. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Dilbert’s boss agrees:
